More interaction with the customer while they're waiting for their cars. To let them know about sales and what promotions going on.

Pretty easy transaction, they respected that we had limited time there on first visit. Car was ready for us and other than the fact that I'd filled in paperwork online prior to visiting to save time, it wasn't in their system so had to spend time redoing it, which is something that needs to be corrected. All in all a pleasant experience - and I've only said that one other time about a car purchase and that one was done all online.

Was taken on time, given updates, and offered a coupon to use when I paid. Can’t get better than that!!

Problem was figured out quickly

I received a call and an email stating my vehicle needed an Onstar update. I reached out to Alexis who very accommodating and she scheduled my service along with making sure my vehicle was picked up and returned in a timely matter. I have had nothing but positive experiences for all my routine maintenance appointments at Arnie Bauer!

Things started off great ... however after about two and half hours the young man informed me that they were done and just waiting on the car to to update he then returned a short time later saying that the car wouldn't talk to them and the battery was unhooked in hopes of it rebooting once it was hooked up again.. then he wanted to keep my car overnight to see if it would communicate the next morning... we discussed me just keeping the car and taking it the matteson dealership onmy next service for the update.. I agreed when he brought my paperwork .. I noticed it said the filter couldn't and hadn't been replaced... although he previously said it had ... when I questioned it... he said it wasn't ....because they couldn't get the update so now I'm just confused... why would you tell me it was done if it wasn't.... so now I have to get a new appointment at matteson where my cars are usually serviced..... I do however appreciate Fatima for setting up the appointment as I really wanted to take a road trip over the weekend.... needless to say that didn't happen

Made appointment through my GMC app at local GMC dealer. Dealer called and verified appointment, took truck in and was done in under an hour. Pretty easy pain free awesome job in my book!!!

This was a wonderful experience. George was able to get me in and out on my extremely limited time frame! I'm a teacher in the area. I was extremely pleased with the deals that were offered to me through Arnie Bauer and through GM Financial. The folks at Arnie Bauer are truly down to earth, and work for the people of their community, and you can tell they care deeply about that community!

The overall experience of purchasing the vehicle long distance was pleasant. The delivery of the vehicle was not as expected. I was in a hurry to make the 3.5 hour drive home and wanted to hit the road. For the most part the vehicle prep was good but some attention to detail on ensuring the interior was properly cleaned would be nice. Someone appeared to use a dirty towel to clean the drivers display, infotainment display and interior areas of the truck. Not something I would expect from a $100,000 vehicle. The floor mats were quickly put in with a string still attached to the drivers side where it connects to the floor. There were other delivery misses but I fault myself for wanting to hit the road to get home. I'll read the manual and figure out the truck.

the appointment was easy enough to make. I arrived at 7 AM for a simple oil change, nothing else. By 8:30 my oil was STILL not changed. In fact at 8:31 they just started to drain the oil. Finally at 8:47 I was able to pay for my service and leave. This excessive wait time is unacceptable and I wont go back. I will drive to Bradley where I can get In and out in 30 minutes. You need to work on your service department to speed things up

Check engine light is still on, was not billed properly either, service rep argued about the billing and then when called back to confirm I was correct, did not apologize

Fantastic experience. Didn’t feel pressured into buying a car which made me want to buy a car lol. Ken was great! Personable and also hilarious. Gerard in financing was also awesome. Super nice and personable. All around great experience. Would definitely recommend.

The service department is a great place to bring my car for service. Jessen is very professional at his job . He knows just what needs to be done when I bring my car in for service. Jessen is very only and friendly and polite.

Dropped vehicle off had noise at low speeds dealer calls says rotated tires noise got quieter but still there then said want try alignment to see if it fixes it. I brought to them to find problem not guess and throw things at wall see if it sticks. They should have tould me this is the problem and it will fix it not we think this is problem and want try it and charge me for alignment and if didnt work I would still pay for it.

Overall, fine, but I lost safety features in my car since the front camera was replaced. They told me they were going to add that to my appointment, but the issue was not fixed

Jessen as always was very helpful getting my vehicle in for service on a bad tire right away. I ended up having to work that morning but no worries David from the service department took the time to bring me back to my work and then deliver my vehicle when it was done! Amazing service that I have told others about. Great place to do business.

All tge staff there was phenomenal. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. I went in for an oil change and rotation, told them I would be waiting for it and was very happy with the amount of time it took. I have been other places that will let you sit there for hours waiting for your car. That was not the case here I was in and out in a timely fashion. I also received a detailed report of the multi- point inspection they did. 10/10 i will ve back.

Excellent (small town) customer service! I had a 3-step engine cleaning, oil change and tire rotation performed in about 1-1/2 hours.
